Complete the attached order form and submit it along with your cash payment to the front office. You may also send your payment directly on Venmo @ Ashley-Jordan-2730 and email your completed order form to [email protected]. All orders are PRE-SALE ONLY and MUST BE SUBMITTED BY TUESDAY, of delivery week at noon! NO REFUNDS can be issued!
