"Gratitude Luncheon"

Greetings Heirway Families!
We are hosting a school-wide "Gratitude Luncheon" to best love on all of our students, staff and faculty who represent Heirway year round! But, PAC cannot do this amazing feat alone! We need your help! As a supportive parent or loved one, we are asking for our families to contribute towards the meal with prepared foods, monetary donations, and more importantly, their own time and hands. What better example of Christ's teachings than for us to serve and love one another without question? PAC is covering the turkeys and hams! Please select a few items that you may be able to contribute, and please consider volunteering to serve for this worthwhile luncheon. This is a meal where we are asking our parents to set up, prep and serve our students and staff. Games and activities will be planned to keep the room engaged throughout the meal. Cash donations, please send in an envelope marked for "Gratitude Luncheon" or send Venmo contributions @HeirwayCares. Please contact Stacy Sledge with any questions at HeirwayCares@gmail.com
All non-perishable donated goods may be left in the kitchen anytime before November 17. Any prepared foods or perishables must be in the Heirway kitchen by 10:30am on event day!

Student & Staff Luncheon begins at 11:30am. We are asking our parental helpers to stick around after chapel to help with setup, prepping and meal serving if at all possible!
