I am Mrs. Elizabeth Jackson, a community advocate and entrepreneur in the West Georgia area. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and married with seven children; two of which have graduated from Full Sail University and LSU with honors.
I have over fifteen years of experience in corporate America focusing on customer relations and training. My most recent position was working as a Claims Prevention Manager where my primary focus was managing claims, training, conflict resolution, customer retention, process improvement, documentation, and law research. During my career, I have received multiple accolades in sales performance, profit/loss percentages, customer retention, training, problem/conflict resolution as well as customer service excellence.
I am also an author, certified life coach, an operational consultant for startup businesses, and a founding board member currently serving as treasurer for a non-profit organization called Rare Pearls Mentoring and Leadership Program since 2015. I also am a founding School Board member for Zest Preparatory Academy in which I serve as the Vice-Chair.
I have always had a passion for the educational well-being of children. On top of the above commitments, I have served as a Children Ministry Director and Sunday School teacher in multiple churches; held various positions on the PTO/PTA; and was a homeschool teacher for our seven children. I also assisted in homeschooling children of family members and neighbors for several years. In my free time, I enjoy reading and all types of crafting. When I am not crafting or reading, I can be found lending a helping hand in my beloved community.
