Hello, I am Ingrid A. Carter and I am your child's 5th grade teacher. Here is a little background information about me. I am a 3rd generation educator. I have been teaching since 1995 and I am a proud mother of one daughter. I have been a teacher at Heirway since 2011, and my daughter is a recent Heirway graduate. I am a teacher that teaches for life and not just for a living. I believe that ALL students CAN and WILL succeed according to the plans God has set for their lives.
